We are keen here at Bateman & Best to find out what our patients think of the service we offer to our patients.
We have suggestion boxes in our waiting rooms for patients to leave any comments and we carry out patients surveys/questionnaires twice a year.
If you would like to leave a comment or have you have any suggestions please fill out a slip and put it in the suggestion boxes or speak to one of the team, we are keen to hear about your experiences at the practice.
