• The practice beat strong competition to become the Winners of Best Patient Care in the North West at the Dentistry Awards in 2015.
• Dr Michael Best for best young dentists North West at the dental awards the previous year
• Mrs. Ruth Singleton-Evans for best Therapist in the same year
• Bateman&Best for Overall Best Team North West

• Dr Matthew Goodall completed a MSc (Masters) in Restorative dentistry in 2018
• Dr Michael Best is due to complete a MSc (Masters) in Orthodontics in 2020
• Appointed as a training practice for the mentoring of newly qualified dentists. Dr Michael Best has been appointed for 9 years and Dr Catherine Armstrong for 2 years by the North West Deanery (dental-education-workforce-development)
• Both Dr Michael Best and Dr Catherine Armstrong were appointed as honorary dental tutors for Liverpool University responsible for the training and supervising of Hygiene Therapy Students
